Instructions

  1. Prepare the sweet potatoes. Pierce each with a fork and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Let them cool, then scoop out the flesh.

  2. Cook the turkey meats. Cut the turkey breast into small pieces and pan-cook without oil until done. In the same pan, cook the ground turkey. Measure both after cooking.

  3. Boil the broccoli. Bring water to a boil and cook for about 3 minutes until tender. Chop or puree for easier digestion.

  4. Puree the blueberries. Blend or mash lightly to break the skin for better absorption.

  5. Mix all cooked and measured ingredients. Combine the meats, vegetables, and fruits in a large bowl.

  6. Add supplements and oils. Stir in the walnut oil, fish oil, and Balance IT Canine supplement once cooled.

  7. Serve fresh or refrigerate. Mix well to evenly distribute all nutrient
