Ingredients

Oat flour 1 cup Can be made by blending old-fashioned oats
Unsweetened applesauce ½ cup Natural, no added sugar
Peanut butter ¼ cup Must be xylitol-free

Cinnamon ½ teaspoon Optional, for aroma only

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Mix pumpkin puree, applesauce, peanut butter, and egg in a bowl until smooth.

  3. Stir in oat flour and cinnamon. If the dough feels sticky, add more oat flour one tablespoon at a time.

  4. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.

  5. Cut into shapes such as leaves, acorns, or dog bones.

  6. Place cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until firm and golden.

  8. Cool completely before serving to your pup.
