Ingredients

Ingredient Amount Notes
Oat flour 1 cup Blend rolled oats or use store-bought
Pumpkin purée 1/2 cup Plain pumpkin only, not pie filling
Egg 1 large Helps bind the batter
Coconut oil 1 tbsp Melt slightly
Dried cranberries 2 tbsp Must be unsweetened; chop finely

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
    Set out a mini muffin pan and line with silicone cups or lightly grease.

  • Mix the wet ingredients.
    Stir pumpkin purée, egg, and melted coconut oil until smooth.

  • Add oat flour.
    Fold the flour into the bowl to create a thick, soft batter.

  • Stir in cranberries.
    Make sure they are finely chopped so they’re safe for small pups.

  • Fill the cups.
    Spoon the batter into the mini pan, filling each cup about ¾ full.

 

  • Bake for 14–16 minutes.
    Pupcakes should be soft with golden edges. Let them cool fully before serving.
