Xylitol-free peanut butter ½ cup
Mashed banana ½ cup (1 ripe banana)
Plain Greek yogurt ¼ cup
Unsweetened applesauce ⅓ cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 6-inch round pan (or a dog bone-shaped one for extra fun).

  2. Whisk the dry ingredients—flour and baking powder—in a large bowl.

  3. Mix the wet ingredients—peanut butter, banana, yogurt, applesauce, and egg—until smooth.

  4. Combine both mixtures. Stir just until blended; no overmixing needed.

  5. Pour the batter into your pan and spread evenly.

  6. Bake for 22–25 minutes, until the top is golden and springs back to touch.

  7. Cool completely before adding frosting.
