Ingredients

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1–2 lbs
Olive oil (for greasing rack) 1 tsp
Optional: low-sodium chicken broth ¼ cup
Optional: sweet potato purée 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken
    Freeze chicken breasts for 1–2 hours until slightly firm. Slice into thin ¼-inch strips, trimming any visible fat.

  2. Optional Flavor Boost
    Marinate strips in low-sodium chicken broth for 30 minutes or brush lightly with sweet potato purée for a nutrient-rich coating.

  3. Bake to Perfection
