| Natural peanut butter (xylitol-free) | ¼ cup |
| Unsweetened applesauce or mashed banana | ½ cup |
| Shredded carrots (optional) | ½ cup |
| Egg (lightly beaten) | 1 |

You only need one bowl and a little love.
