These fluffy little pancakes make Sunday mornings feel official and dog-approved.

Ingredients

Ingredient Amount
Ripe banana, mashed ½ banana (about 2 oz)
Large egg 1
Oat flour ⅓ cup
Water ¼ cup + 1–2 tbsp if needed
Chopped blueberries 2 tbsp
Olive oil (for pan) 1 tsp

Instructions

Mix the batter. Combine banana, egg, oat flour and water until the batter is smooth. Fold in the blueberries so they stay evenly spread.

Warm the skillet. Heat a lightly oiled nonstick skillet over medium heat so the Dog Pancakes cook gently.

 

Cook the pancakes. Spoon 2-inch pancakes into the pan. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and springy. Cool them to lukewarm before serving.
