1. Prep the sweet potatoes

2. Combine the meats

Mix the ground turkey and lean beef in a large bowl. Stir until the texture feels even and easy to shape.

3. Add the eggs and veggies

Crack in both eggs and mix. Fold in the finely diced vegetables. The eggs help bind the cake, while the veggies add color and nutrients.

4. Shape and bake

Press the mixture into a greased cake pan or muffin tin. Bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes, or until fully cooked.
