This Birthday Cake Recipe is a healthy, easy, and homemade way to celebrate your dog’s big day with natural peanut butter, banana, and Greek yogurt frosting.

Ingredients

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prep
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 6-inch cake pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients
Whisk together flour and baking powder in a medium bowl.
Step 3: Combine the Wet Ingredients
In a separate bowl, combine banana, peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and egg. Add water or almond milk until smooth.
Step 4: Combine and Bake
Fold wet and dry ingredients together, then stir in grated carrots. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 25–30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 5: Frost and Decorate
Mix Greek yogurt and peanut butter to make the frosting. Spread it evenly over the cooled cake, then decorate with fruit or shredded carrots.
