| Pumpkin puree (optional) | 1 tsp |
Freeze turkey for 30 minutes to firm. Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
Slice into even 1/8 to 1/4 inch strips. Place on a wire rack.
Add a thin smear of pumpkin if using and sprinkle rosemary.
Bake until strips reach 165 degrees internal temperature. Lower heat to 170 degrees and dehydrate 2 to 3 hours until firm and flexible.
Cool fully before storing.
